Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

This month, we are focusing on the Season of Noticeable and Undeniable Breakthroughs by the Grace of God. And what better way to kick off this theme than to look at some of the incredible breakthroughs recorded in the Bible?

The story of Sarah and Abraham is one of my favorites. Despite being well past the age of childbearing, God visited Sarah and gave her a son just as He had promised. In Genesis 21:6, Sarah exclaimed, “God has made me laugh, and all who hear will laugh with me.” What a powerful testimony to the remarkable breakthroughs that come from trusting in God’s promises!

Another example comes from Genesis 26:22, where Isaac dug a well and named it Rehoboth, meaning “room.” He declared that “the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.” This breakthrough not only demonstrated God’s provision for Isaac and his family, but it also provided a way for them to grow and thrive in their new land.

And in Leviticus 26:6, God promises His people peace, safety, and freedom from fear. When we trust in Him and seek refuge in His presence, we can rest assured that He will protect us from harm and provide for our needs.

Finally, we have Psalm 126:1-3, which speaks of the joy and laughter that comes when God leads His people out of captivity. The psalmist declares, “The LORD has done great things for us, and we are glad.” And so we too can rejoice in the many ways that God has worked in our lives and brought us through difficult seasons.

Friends, let us hold fast to our faith in the God who brings breakthroughs and who delights in making a way where there seems to be no way. Trust in His promises, and know that He is always working on our behalf.
